The Dundas and Napier Rooms each have independent projector screens and microphones. Where required the Dundas and Napier Room’s AV equipment can be linked. Use of this equipment is at no additional cost.
A small portable stage and lectern are available for use at no additional cost.
A large multi-functional stage is also available for hire and is used by large bands, entertainers or fashion parades, it is available in square metre increments. Please speak to the Business and Events Manager about your requirements.
A dance floor is available for hire from the Hamilton Exhibition an Conference Centre.
Up to 50sqm of dance floor can be hired and can be installed in a variety of configurations.
25 round tables, 300 chairs and 40 trestle tables are available at no additional cost. These can be set up in a standard configuration at no additional cost. Further set up requirements will attract additional charges.
Free onsite car parking is available.
For large and public events please discuss your requirements with the Business and Events Manager.
Crockery, cutlery and glassware are available and included in the cost of hiring the kitchen. Salt and pepper shakers, creamers, sauce dishes, trays and table numbers are also available and included in the hire.
Linen is available for hire from the Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Black and white round linen tablecloths, linen napkins, white trestle clothes and roof tulle/satin and fairy lights are available.
The Hamilton P & A Society have available for hire trestle tables, chairs, sheep panels and loading ramps. These are for use, on or off the Showgrounds site.
