Producers Pavilion

The Producer’s Pavilion features a variety of interactive exhibitions aimed at telling the story of our food from paddock to plate. The pavilion connects with both the end consumer & producer and includes the following:

A bakery and butchery, including a working bakery and butchery section focusing on lamb.

The Bubble Muffin Cooking School hosts cookery classes and food nutrition for children aged 5 – 12 years. The Great Bubble Muffin Lamb Burger Challenge where primary school children design and demonstrate a perfectly healthy burger recipe.

A demonstration kitchen with cookery demonstrations, wine and cheese matching and samples.

Producer retail sites with locally grown produce for sale such as honey, cheese, oils, spices and herbs.

Coconut lamb curry

served with Pilaf rice and Naan bread

11.30am – SW Tafe Butchery

1.00pm  – The Great Lamb Burger Challenge Cook Off
