Producers Pavilion

The Producer’s Pavilion will feature a variety of interactive exhibitions aimed at telling the story of our food from paddock to plate. The pavilion will connect with both the end consumer and producer an include the following:

A bakery and butchery section presented by the South West TAFE including a working bakery and butchery section focusing on lamb.

Benedict the Beekeeper will have a display and some interactives related to bee keeping. He is available to answer quetions about honey production and bee keeping.

The Find-A-Spud vegetable patch, where children dig up some spuds and take them home along with a recipe for Potato Pizza.

The Bubble Muffin Cooking School which will host cookery classes and food nutrition for children aged 5 – 12 years. The Bubble Muffin Lamb Burger Challenge, where the two finalists will be performing a blind-judged cook off against each other on Monday, 6th August, to determine the Winner.

A demonstration kitchen with cookery demonstrations, wine and cheese matching and samples.

Producer retail sites with locally grown produce for sale such as honey, cheese, oils, spices and herbs.
