The Producer’s Pavilion features a variety of interactive exhibitions aimed at telling the story of our food from paddock to plate. The pavilion connects with both the end consumer & producer and includes the following:
A bakery and butchery, including a working bakery and butchery section.
The Kids Muster Trail includes Beeswax Wrap making, Pots & Edible Garden planting with Sophie Thomson, Flour & Bread Roll making, Goat Milking & Cheese making and Ice cream making & tastings. See our Education Experience page for details
A demonstration kitchen with celebrity cookery demonstrations, wine and cheese matching and samples.
Producer retail sites with locally grown produce for sale such as honey, cheese, oils, spices and herbs.
