The Hamilton Pastoral & Agricitultural Society and Inventions Convenors welcome you to the 2026 Inventions Competition at Sheepvention held on Sunday 2 & Monday 3 August 2026.

Judging will commence on Saturday 1st August 2026, with awards presentations will take place on Sunday afternoon.

- Primary School Improved & Modified Invention
- Secondary School New Invention
- Secondary School Improved & Modified Invention
- New Invention (Multinational Company, Small Manufacturer, Individual, Young Entrepreneur)
- Improved & Modified Invention (Multinational Company, Small Manufacturer, Individual, Young Entrepreneur)

ENTRIES OPEN: Thursday 11 June 2026
ENTRIES CLOSE: Friday 24 July 2026

All entries must be dropped off to the Hamilton Showgrounds prior to Friday 31 July 2026.

Saturday 1 August 2026
Judging commences at 11am

Sunday 2 August 2026
All entries on display for viewing during Sheepvention Rural Expo, awards presentation to take place on Sunday afternoon.

Monday 3 August 2026
All entries on display for viewing during Sheepvention Rural Expo, entries can be collected from 4pm onwards.
